团队介绍

本团队由浙江省“钱江学者”特聘教授郭隆华教授、陈丽芬博士、姚媛媛博士、王悦靓博士和徐佳慧组成,现有在读联合培养研究生12人(其中博士2人,硕士10人),目前团队正在建设中。本团队研究领域包括纳米光学生物传感、分子发光、现代分离分析等。自2013年以来,研究团队承担国家自然科学基金5项、浙江省科技重点研发计划1项、浙江省自然科学基金等科研项目20余项。在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nano Today, Chem. Sci., Anal. Chem., ACS Sens., Electrochim. Acta, ChemElectroChem等高水平国际学术期刊共发表学术论文200余篇,获得授权专利45项。

主要研究领域

1. 基于表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)的现场快速分析方法研究与仪器研制:利SERS超高的灵敏度和拉曼光谱本身快速检测的优点,开展面向现场快速分析的应用研究,包括便携式拉曼光谱仪的研发,以及针对环境、食品及医院临床诊断中特定的检测目标分子,设计SERS活性基底、研制检测仪器并优化检测方法。

2. 单细胞、单粒子和单分子水平检测方法研究:主要围绕单粒子LSPR传感器及传感阵列的构建、单粒子表面增强电化学发光传感体系研究、单分子水平的表面增强拉曼光谱及其传感应用以及基于荧光、拉曼与暗场三位一体的单细胞成像分析等几个方面开展相关工作。

3. 界面组装与电化学传感:着重于研究电极界面反应及其调控机制,在此基础上模拟生物功能,构建仿生界面,建立高效传感方法,为建立复杂生命体系中的高灵敏信息获取方法提供理论依据。主要研究内容围绕仿生界面上生物分子电子传递的基础理论研究、生物分子界面组装及调控、新型电化学传感器的构建以及表面化学新技术及联用仪器的研发

社会服务领域:

食品与环境安全检测、临床早期疾病精准检测、产品质量控制与标准化等合作领域;与浙江相关科研院所和企业建立合作关系并开展合作研究
